Hello Beauties! Todays Product Spotlight is the EVO Lockdown Smoothing Treatment!
The EVO Lockdown Smoothing Treatment definitely deserves to be in the spotlight!
During my last visit to the salon, my hairstylist used the EVO Lockdown Smoothing Treatment on my hair before she styled it and my hair felt absolutely amazing! I am definitely a sucker for trying out new haircare products, so I obviously had to buy one!
I have been extremely impressed with this product since purchasing it a few months ago! I always find myself reaching for it and am never disappointed with how my hair feels afterwards!
The Benefits
The EVO Lockdown Smoothing Treatment is a completely vegan and cruelty free leave-in treatment that you put onto damp hair before drying. It is meant to smooth the cuticle of the hair by detangling, controlling frizz and providing softness and shine!
This smoothing treatment is amazing for all hair types, but particularly anyone that has coarse, curly or colour treated hair. I really like that this product is very lightweight, so even you beauties with fine hair can still enjoy it 🙂
I have colour treated hair myself, so I apply this product throughout my mid-lengths to ends, concentrating on the hair that frames my face. After using this product, my hair always feels smooth and soft with a ton of bounce after I style it! My hairstyle never gets weighed down from this product and can easily last several days and still look good!
I also really like how this product can be applied before heat styling and as a bonus, can also be applied to the hair and then left to air dry naturally, making it very versatile and easy to use! Not to mention, it smells HEAVENLY. Seriously you guys, the scent smells like a light fresh perfume that you would wear during the summer time.
My Overall Thoughts
Overall, I totally recommend this product if you are looking for a lightweight product to smooth any unruly areas that also smells lovely!
