SPRING HAS TOTALLY SPRUNG BABES!
With today being the first official day of spring and the weather being absolutely gorgeous, I am going to keep this weekends post short and sweet.
Today I spent the whole afternoon outside in the sun! Something about the fresh air and being around the people that lift you up makes me feel at peace.
I don’t know about any of you, but as fabulous as my week has been, that daunting and excessively lengthy “To-Do List” has been in the back of my mind nagging at me…
Without realizing it, we can quickly get lost in these tasks as they can easily start to become “routine”. I am reminded that I need to create more balance in my life this week.
Taking the time to do things that make you happy will centre yourself and make you feel more like you. Always remember to treat yourself with kindness and not get caught up in the rush that is our everyday lives.
I challenge you to take some time this weekend to make yourself the priority.
Drink your water, do a face mask, whatever you need to do to feel good!
Oh, and girl, buy yourself some flowers and have a beautiful day… that’s what I will be doing 😉
